Our Classes
Tumbling
Our tumbling classes are a fantastic way to learn tumbling skills in a non- competitive format, yet still working towards advanced skills. We start as young as 18 months in a parent and tot class and offer classes through 18 years old.
Tumbling is a great program on its own, or a great add-on class for cheerleaders, dancers, wrestlers, and gymnasts.
Warrior
Our warrior classes offer a fresh approach to bodyweight training, transforming workouts into a fun, unique, and highly challenging fitness adventure. You'll build strength, improve conditioning, enhance flexibility, develop problem-solving skills, and boost coordination as you tackle obstacles designed for a true warrior. Classes are offered for those ages 3 years old to 18 years old.
Wrestling
Our wrestling classes offer top-tier training for wrestlers of all levels, focusing on technical development, intense drills, and tactical coaching. Customized programs enhance speed, strength, flexibility, and endurance. Classes available for those aged 4 years old to 18 years old.
